 | Mabatho Seeiso have served and continue to serve on various types of funds since 2008 as an Expert or Chair therefore have accumulated a depth of knowledge and insight that most people do not get the opportunity to including impacting investing funds. She have worked in the financial services industry for the past 22 years. Her experience includes working as an assistant portfolio manager in infrastructure Investments at Old Mutual Asset Managers, being a Director of Marketing and Business Development at Cadiz Asset Management, an expert on pension funds and an independent trustee and investment committee member. She also serve as a Non-Executive Director for Metropolitan Lesotho. | |

 | Rhonda Steward is an Independent Trustee with almost 40 years of experience in the Southern African Institutional market. Since 2001, she has held fiduciary roles as a Trustee on the boards of Pension and Provident Funds, ranging from Mining (AngloGold Ashanti, where she also Chaired the Investment Committee) to Government (The Government Employees Pension Fund), Insurance (Rand Mutual Insurance) and various listed company Retirement Fund Boards. She is also the owner of Stratfund, a firm that provides decision support on governance and strategic investment issues, to Funds in South Africa, Namibia and Botswana. Her background was in Asset Management, Asset Consulting and Multi Management, Skills that she brings to the table for service provider assessments and international manager due diligence. Rhonda has been a member of the advisory committee of SAPFIF since its inception. | |

He is qualified Chartered Accountant and a CFA Chartered Accountant and a CFA Charter Holder, with extensive experience in Banking, Insurance & Investment Industry. Additional to his Volantis Capital Responsibilities, Sisa currently serves (since 2017) as an independent non-executive director at the Export Credit Insurance Corporation of South Africa (ECIC), where he serves as the Chairperson of the Finance, Investment & Credit Insurance Committee (FIIC). Sisa also serves as a Trustee on the 1970 Mines Preservation Funds and SAMRO retirement Annuity Funds. | |

Lungani also serves as the Member Board of Trustees (Investment Committee Chairman) at Mines 1970 Unclaimed Benefits Preservation Pension Fund and Provident Fund. Lungani has a strong foundation in investments, with previous roles at companies such as Alexander Forbes, Metropolitan Asset Managers, and Novare. Lungani holds degrees in Mathematical Statistics, Investment Analysis, and Portfolio Management, as well as a certification from Wits Business School in Managing and Leading People. | |
