Dudu Queeneth Buthelezi: Principal Officer of Mines 1970 Pension and Provident Fund is responsible for overseeing the management and administration of funds that have been left unclaimed by their beneficiaries.  This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, safeguarding the assets of the fund, and working to identify and locate the rightful beneficiaries.  The Principal Officer also manages communication with relevant stakeholders, oversees audits, and ensures that unclaimed funds are properly handled in accordance with legal and financial guidelines.

Dirk Coetzee: EB Consultant helps Mines 1970 to improve their performance and efficiency by implementing best practices, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives (Tracing, Valuations/compliance & Claims Payments) By assessing business operations, identify areas for growth, and develop strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. BE Consultant often work with management team and service providers to foster a culture of excellence and ensure that Mines 1970 meet industry standards and achieve long-term success.

Mbali Ratlou: Business Manager of an Unclaimed Pension and Provident Fund is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the fund. This role involves overseeing the processes related to the identification, administration and recovery of unclaimed pension and provident fund assets.  The Business Manager ensures efficient communication with stakeholders, implements strategies to locate beneficiaries e.g. Roadshows, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.  She also analyzes data to optimize fund management and improve overall operational efficiency.
